Our History
General Trias Sports Park is a modern facility built in the early 2010s and was renovated in 2023. The history of the municipality itself, formerly known as "San Francisco de Malabon", is significant to the Philippine Revolution, with key events like the "First Cry of Cavite (1896)" and the "Tejeros Convention (1897)" taking place there. In 1920, it was renamed "General Trias" to honor revolutionary leader "Mariano Trias".
